By accessing or using UPSC Pathshala ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that:

•All information you provide is accurate and complete.

•You will keep your password secure and not share your account with others.

•You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

When you purchase a course, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access that course content for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes.

You may not:

•Download, copy, or redistribute video content.

•Share your account login credentials with others.

•Use course content for commercial purposes or re-sell it.

•Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract content from the Platform.

UPSC Pathshala reserves the right to revoke access if these conditions are breached.

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of all taxes.

Refund Policy: You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have accessed less than 20% of the course content. Refund requests must be submitted to help@upscpathshala.com with your order ID.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Promotional or discounted purchases may have different refund terms communicated at the time of purchase.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

•Post or transmit any unlawful, harmful, or offensive content.

•Impersonate any person or entity.

•Interfere with the security or integrity of the Platform.

•Use automated scripts or bots to access the Platform.

•Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

All content on the Platform — including video lectures, notes, PDFs, question banks, and software — is the property of UPSC Pathshala or its content creators and is protected by Indian copyright law.

You retain no rights to any content other than the limited access licence described in Section 3. Feedback or suggestions you provide to us may be used by us without any obligation to you.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

•That the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

•That using our courses will result in success in the UPSC examination.

•The completeness or accuracy of all course content at all times (UPSC syllabus and patterns can change).

Past performance of our students is not a guarantee of future results.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UPSC Pathshala shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
