Q. When do I get access after enrolling?
Immediately after your payment is confirmed — usually within a few seconds. Check your dashboard at /dashboard.
Q. Can I get a refund?
Yes. We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund if you have watched less than 20% of course content.
Q. Are the notes downloadable?
Yes. All notes and PDFs are available for download once you are enrolled in the respective course.
Q. Do tests have negative marking?
Yes — we follow the exact UPSC pattern: +2 for correct, −0.66 for incorrect, 0 for unattempted.
